I am an agent of change.

I facilitate the process.

• It never looks how you expect it to
• Don’t get bogged down in the details
• Stay in the flow and it will direct you
• If you embrace them, your guardians will allow you to move with grace and ease (ie…stay out of your own way)
• Your intention and motivation is your rudder.  If they are amiss, you will miss your destination.  If they are not, it will be far more glorious than you could ever imagine
• You do not need to create or find confidence.  You already possess it.  You simply need to change what you are confident of. 
• Instead of being confident you will fail, shift that you are confident you are successful
• Instead of being confident you are weak, be confident you are strong
• Instead of being confident they will hurt you, be confident that you are response-able enough to handle it in a healthy and graceful manner.  Be confident that you will make the right choices for yourself always.
• Instead of being confident you are too small to make a difference, know that change begins with you and at any moment you will move someone else’s world and you may never ever be aware of it.
• Instead of always looking for others to affirm you, be confident that because you are open to the messages of the Universe you always make the right choice.
• Instead of waiting for your gifts to arrive, be confident that you can access them at the times when you need them.
• Instead of being confident in your fears, be confident that you are a big bundle of love.

All of this came to me after my dream about a huge bumble bee....with freakishly large eyes. Messages from bees...

The Bee is the symbol of accomplishing the impossible.  Aerodynamically, its body is too large for its wings and should not be able to fly.  Although now we understand how it does fly (high rate of wing movement), the Bee remains a symbol of accomplishing anything you put your mind to.

Good to have around...

Confidence comes from that place inside you where you are fully able to accept the attention you will receive for your creative output....it has many faces....the comfort of men and women looking at your body...sometimes lustfully....the. savvy in the board room where you will be expected to know the answers....the willingness to tell your child no when it's right to...or maybe the accolades or their opposite for the energy you offer when on the stage.  Confidence is not about believing in a fabricated identity....it's found in the revealing of your soul to all.

Passionate work comes down to one action: creating things.

Building things using your talents, strengths, passions and interests, to help the world in some way.

But in a world of instant notifications, distractions and people constantly asking for our time, we lose sight of what matters. It all comes back to creating things. That is what makes the world better. It always has and it always will. The tools will change, but the essence of creativity never will.

We are all artists. Some of us just haven’t recognized it yet.

May this be a rallying cry to find the inventor in all of us…

Many historical intellectuals have confessed their advantage was simply considering/exploring/trying more approaches than others. The left brain dominant type suffers from limited approaches, narrow-mindedness. The right brain dominant type suffers from too many approaches, scatterbrained. To maintain balanced hemispheres, you need to exercise both variability and selection. Just as a company will have more chance of finding a great candidate by increasing their applicant pool, an individual who considers a wider set of options is more likely to make quality decisions.
